Our goal is to achieve total client satisfaction, which we strive to obtain by:
  • Ensuring all work is carried out to Australian Standard 4373-1996 `Pruning of Amenity Trees' and NSW `Code of Practice: Amenity Tree Industry'

  • Being fully insured with $20 million Public Liability cover and $4 million Professional Indemnity cover (protects Lester Willis' professional advice), plus mandatory insurances. Ask to see our certificates (in the last 18 years of insured tree care Lester has never made any claim)

  • Listening to our clients

  • Appreciating client concerns regarding noise and neighbours

  • Offering free quotations and oral advice

  • Leaving gardens as neat and tidy as they were before we started

  • Getting the job done professionally where safety comes first, second and third

  • Lester was awarded ‘Distinction’, National Diploma in Arboriculture in 1997, (ND-Arb.) winning the Arboricultural Association’s prize for Top Student for that year

  • This correlates to two levels above ‘Level 5’ in the Australian Qualifications Framework. Please ask to see copies of qualifications, references, insurance certificates etc.

  • Lester has been a tree consultant since 1997 and is registered with Arboriculture Australia (Arb. Aus.) which adheres to a strict code of ethics

  • SYDNEY TREE CARE is a registered contractor with Arb. Aus.

SYDNEY TREE CARE was established by Lester Willis (ND-Arb) on 1st January 2005. Migrating from the United Kingdom in December 2004, Lester based SYDNEY TREE CARE on the business he established in UK in 1997. Lester's goals for SYDNEY TREE CARE are to bring the highest standards in service and arboriculture together in one company.

SYDNEY TREE CARE practices are underpinned by Lester's qualifications:

"Lester's involvement has removed any anxiety which we might have had with our dealings with the council and in the way he has contributed to our house renovation process. He is a very pleasant person to work with and the work is undertaken quickly and subject to a rigorous clean up after it has been done."
