• Lester was awarded ‘Distinction’, National Diploma in Arboriculture in 1997, (ND-Arb.) winning the Arboricultural Association’s prize for Top Student for that year

Migrating from the United Kingdom in December 2004, Lester based SYDNEY TREE CARE on the business he established in UK in 1997. Lester's goals for SYDNEY TREE CARE are to bring the highest standards in service and arboriculture together in one company.
